Lupe Rodriguez (VP Mortgage Sales Manager, Nampa) truly enjoys being a part of a community bank that puts their customers’ needs first. With over 30 years of financial experience, Lupe is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies and continuing to grow the Mortgage department across all branches. She loves being involved in the local Nampa community. When she’s not at work, you can find Lupe spending time with her family camping, fishing, and exploring the great outdoors.
