I have been in the industry for 27 years. 10 of those years I was in the lending business in the closing and funding department.  I have been with Pioneer Title Company since 2018. I have a background in new construction, construction lending, construction disbursements, purchase & sale and refinance transactions. I have served on the SRVBCA  board of directors and many committees in past years.
