BUY Field trip - SUNCOR Concrete batch plant

Description

Date change: This field trip has been moved up from later in the month to Tuesday, October 6th.

Time: 9:00–11:00 AM
Location: Suncor Concrete Batch Plant, 10340 US-20, Caldwell, ID 83605

Join Build Up Youth for a behind-the-scenes look at how concrete is made! Students will tour the Suncor Concrete batch plant and see firsthand how the materials that build our communities are mixed, tested, and delivered, with a chance to learn about the careers that make it all happen.

We need volunteer chaperones to help keep students safe, engaged, and together during the tour. If you can spare a couple of hours on the morning of October 6th, we'd love your help. It's a great chance to connect with the next generation of the construction industry.
